Cancellations and Returns (Cancel and Return policies)
Once you have confirmed your purchase, the order will be final and no cancellations or returns will be accepted..
Once order has been confirmed by the client, there will be no returns or cancellations allowed.
Refunds
Full refunds will be issued as long as the restaurant is unable to fulfill the order for any of the following reasons:
Complete or partial refund will be processed only due to the following causes:
- Restaurante no tiene capacidad de delivery actualmente. (Delivery is not available at that moment)

- El tiempo de entrega excedió los 60 minutos. (Delivery is taking longer than 60 minutes)
